V60n-090 V60n-110 Volvo Hawe pump.
A thru-shaft is optionally available to enable the connection of additional variable displacement pumps or an auxiliary pump. The V30D and V30E also offer optimised self-suction speed, reduced noise emissions and pulsation, increased service life and significantly reduced weight. A wide range of controllers (modular principle) allow a wide range of applications to be supported.
Hawe V30D Axial Piston Pumps: Available in sizes: 045, 075, 095, 115, 140, 160 and 250, maximum operating pressure: 420 bar, geometric displacement: 45…260 cm3/rev.
Hawe V30E Axial Piston Pumps: Available in sizes: 095, 160, and 270, maximum operating pressure: 420 bar, geometric displacement: 98…270 cm3/rev.
V60N variable displacement axial-piston pump
An energy efficient and compact variable displacement pump, the V60N provides you the capability to mount it directly to your PTO, eliminating unnecessary attachments and therefore reducing costs. Three displacements are available from 4-7 in3/rev with continuous operating pressure ratings up to 5,075 psi with a maximum of 5,800-psi. V60N is your solution for mobile applications.
Details regarding the choice of hydraulic fluid
The correct choice of hydraulic fluid requires knowledge of the operating temperature in relation to the ambient temperature: in a closed circuit the circuit temperature. The hydraulic fluid should be chosen so that the operating viscosity in the operating temperature range is within the optimum range - the shaded area of the selection diagram. We recommended that the higher viscosity class be selected in each case. Example: At an ambient temperature of X °C an operating temperature of 60 °C is set. In the optimum operating viscosity range (shaded area) this corresponds to the viscosity classes VG 46 or VG 68; to be selected: VG 68. Please note: The case drain temperature, which is affected by pressure and speed, is always higher than the circuit temperature. At no point in the system may the temperature be higher than 115 °C. If the above conditions cannot be maintained due to extreme operating parameters, please consult us.
